Episode 12, Little Tokyo, the oldest Japantown in the US. Beef udon with simmered beef, sweet onions and a soft egg over hand mixed noodles in dashi; shrimp tempura with a batter so thin you can almost see through it. Slurping is a compliment, and Ezra did it naturally. Japan was the last trip Drew and his wife took before Ezra was born, and still one of his favorite places.
