Episode 22, France, in the Arts District. Camphor earned a Michelin star within nine months of opening under chefs Max Boonthanakit and Lijo George. Le Burger is a blend of duck and dry aged beef with smoked gouda; Ezra, by now a French fry connoisseur, did his signature ketchup dunk; marshmallow vanilla ice cream to finish, which Drew rates superb.
