Episode 10, the series' tenth episode milestone, in Studio City. Drew's best Belgian waffle in LA: a 17 hour dough fermentation, imported Belgian pearl sugar, cast iron irons, and the staff let them behind the counter to watch. No syrup, no whipped cream, though they added berries and banana. His line: you probably won't go back to a regular waffle after this.
